		<description>What you might have seen is the pom files being downloaded.  I personally haven&#039;t seen it repeatedly download the jar files.  But 0.3 is up there now if you want to take a look.</description>

		<description>Most of those you shouldn&#039;t need to install manually.  It sounds like the maven repository was timing out on you.  If you rerun the task it usually picks up.  You only need to install 4 (or so) jars manualy into your maven repository manually.  I&#039;m in the process of uploading updates that detail all this but my hosting service is seeing some serious lag so it might have to wait until morning.</description>
